woke up early today kind of excited, just got a better business venture. Not really thinking of the eclipse or anything. I went out to go take my girlfriend to the train and this skinhead looking Mexican guy with gang tattoos rides his bike past my house and then stops at the end of it. Gets off his bike and smiles , and walks towards me. Thinking hes going to rob me I have the gate open halfway and the lock in my right hand behind the gate. The dude walks up to me and ask if this is my car. I said yes and then he said to stop parking retarded. I told him what are you talking about and he goes about saying you keep parking retarded in front of my house. I asked him where is his house and he pointed next door. My car is parked perfectly in front of my house and his house only has a 1 car parking spot. Which he said had two. He told me to go wake up my roommates who know him and one of them was gone and the other was sleeping. I told him no they are sleeping. Then he kept telling me to and I said no. Then he said next time you park your car like that I'll move it myself. He then said Imma knock your ass out if you dont listen to me. Me at this point, Im personally confused, I dont have socks on, and my shoes are barely on. The guy then said he was going through stuff and that he had his kid, and work in the mornings. He looked kinda shook up and I tried to calm him down. But he shook my hand and wouldn't give me his name. He then called my neighbor over who just came back and I think he said the same thing. Then my neighbor said "He could park on whatever side of the street he wants" At this point I just left .
Kinda shaken by the incident, I was mad, confused and a little scared.
I was ganna write a police report until I got home.
I went back home and my roommate told me he was in jail and now he has two kids from two different mothers and hes trying to get his life together.
I want to write a police report just in case he damages my car, but now I feel bad.

Cops won't do anything, but if the stupid mexican does anything more serious the police will take one look at the issue, see you're a civ and have filed a complaint before; and they will come down on him like a ton of bricks
anything that happens after you write the first report could be construed as "police inaction", so the sooner you involve them the better
...or you could just put up with shit for no reason, and be bullied out of your neibourhood by a mexican
