My nose has been broken 3 times. I now have difficulty breathing

My nose has been broken 3 times. I now have difficulty breathing through one nostril, and there is a bump on my nose.

I live in Canada, so the operation to fix my breathing will be covered by insurance, but would it be effeminate if I had the bump removed? I don't want to do anything crazy with it, I just want to have the nose I would have had had it not been broken several times.
