I need an /adv/ on how to start a health study schedule because I know I won't be anything at life if I don't work hard on it because I'm not talented nor pretty but I still can't bring myself to do it.
My grades have gone to the trash because I'm so unmotivated to do anything besides vidya and sleeping + my anxiety and depression doesn't help.
I want to get better but I need you guys to light the way for this one
