i feel irritated 24/7, i've become a little bitch for the last two years. i cannot pin point an exact reason.
im irritated when people look at me, im irritated when i receive a text message, doing homework, being in large crowd, some times even when people are talking at me. i react negatively to this actions.
i dont want to be like this and is affecting my social life. i cant go out, always bail out at last minute or i go with an attitude. i even get headaches some times, is really severe.
going with my psychiatrist and with the tests shes done on me, i think i might be bipolar. how to deal w this?

Start with your regular doctor and get yourself a health check. Irritability and headaches doesn't exactly scream bipolar but rather high blood pressure, low insulin or some of the many other common physical ailments that are easily treated once you get a proper diagnose.

Do you sleep enough? Sounds to me like you're constantly tired or hungry or both.
