What should I do if no one loves me?
Not just boyfriend girlfriend type shit but my family and friends are pretty much nonexistent.
I've been to therapy and I've taken meds and neither has helped.

invest in your self. treat your self the way you would treat someone you're dating, and you'll realize what kind of affection you've been depriving of your self.
keep in mind i said 'that you're dating' and not 'want to date'. this doesn't mean to give into every single indulgence, when you're loving someone you not only comfort them and let them feel loved, but you also talk to them when they've done something wrong and help them work through their flaws.
do that for your self.
