As I said your best bet is to make her experiment with herself. If she never had an orgasm she is more likely to have one by herself (when she is relaxed, unseen and not doing anything because of any other reason than that it feels good to her) than from anything you do.

Having said that the very fact that she is a fully grown adult and has so far not started to love sex means that your chances are exceptionally slim. There might be some improvement possible but don't bet on her turning into a sex goddess any day soon.

Sexual therapy is also an option, and a way to make sure she cannot shrug off the entire conversation topic after one or two failed attempts to get through to her. Also learn to communicate to your best abilities, let her know that the biggest issue is her seeming lack of reciprocation of desire etc and do not just focus on the frequency (because 1-2 times a week isn't -that- low and you don't want to end up stuck in that rut), also stress what you get out of sex relationship-wise etc and not just physical release (because then masturbation also does the trick). And if you really can't live with it let her know that it is no longer a sexual issue but a relationship issue you might just leave over if there's no change.
