Eating Habits / Meal Schedule

Need help figuring out how I should eat. I don't want to gain weight.


On a work day, i wake up at 6:30, eat at 7:00, and my breakfast always consists of 3 eggs sometimes with crumbled bacon or sausage mixed in, and 2 decent sized pieces of toast. i work in food services (panera) so i don't get a chance to take a break until after lunch, usually at 2:00 pm, where i have a nice big sized sandwich. i'll sometimes have a bagel or souffle around 10:00 if i think i might burn out before my break.


Now comes the problem. after work, i don't get hungry for dinner until like 8:00pm. I go to bed at midnight. I don't want to eat so late in the day, because i know when you eat then go to sleep it just sticks to you since you're not exercising/exerting any kind of energy. but i hate being hungry for four hours. What can i do?

If it matters, on weekends i sleep till about ten, eat lunch around 1:00pm and have dinner at about 6:00. i rarely get hungry before bed due to large lunch and dinner.

I did intermittent fasting and my hunger is nothing. I get hungry but I stay disciplined and eat only on my designated meal times.

well, you're right for the most part. it isn't severe hunger, and i can usually ignore it sitting still and having fun playing games. so is my meal schedule fine? i thought it was shitty on my work days.
