The reason it has such a large impact on YOU is because that's all that matters to you in life. Most people have tons of hobbies that give them tons of drive and worth in life that even if they had sex for half a day before hand, it's still enjoyable to go and partake in for the other half of the day.

that being said, chronic masturbation is a negative issue. chronic being every day. the constantly shooting your load messes with your prostate and other things. sure, you can masturbate every other week, maybe that's alright. it supposedly makes sure the sperm is fresh, if you're trying to conceive. but women, hands down, do not masturbate as much as men, and even if they did chronically, which they rarely do, it would not be as much of a problem as they aren't stressing their body to overproduce semen.
