Keep up with current news and trends
Know what you're talking about
Listen as much if not more than talk
Use the person's name more in conversation, but not to a creepy extent
Dont make the conversation about you if the person is talking about themselves
You can point out how it relates to you, but dont steal the show
Dont force a conversation where there isnt one

Also read pic related in social techniques.

or, you can just shitpost on /pol/, /fit/, /ck/ and /g/ like I did for a year. Interact with people there. I went from virigin to chad thanks to that
Or maybe I was destined for becoming like this and I was just not fully developed yet

BY holding conversations. You'll be bad at first, but the only way to improve is practice.

This is fantastic advice. Carnegie provides the firmament for interacting with people.

This shit right here.

I'm not great at conversation yet, but ever since I started talking to people despite being awkward and anxious all the time, it's gotten way easier.

That book mostly helps those who already know how to win friends and influence people to do it better.
Its too vague which makes it easy to apply to vastly different areas but precisely because of its vagueness its almost completely useless to a beginner/social retard who cant fill in the blanks.
