Not sure what your style is, but I hope you don't wear those t-shirts outside the house. While you're overweight, you want most of what you wear to be collared and layered. I wouldn't recommend /fa/ but do some googling on fashion for big guys. You can pick up some really good looking stuff that suits your body and makes you look like an adult without breaking the bank. You would be amazed what it will do for your sense of confidence and how differently people react to you compared to the dirty metalhead look you have going on now.

Also as a fat guy, your hygiene should be top-notch at all times.

You aren't ugly, but here's what you should do. Trust me, if you do these things, you will start to notice improvements. Girls will start flirting with you, and you'll start to feel and look a lot better.

1. Start eating 3 times a day. Only 3 times a day. 6am, 12pm, 6pm if you can. Use this eating schedule to help regulate your sleeping too, you are more likely to be tired at 10pm if you eat in this pattern.
2. Keep your meals down. Instead of eating two pieces of pizza and a breadstick, eat one piece of pizza and the breadstick. Only drink water. Maybe occasionally some tea.
3. Start exercising. If there's a park nearby, go there and walk around it a few laps a day. Do this in the morning for great effect. Eventually, start running, and work towards the couch to 5K plan. Once you feel like you're not improving much, start going to the gym and lifting and stuff.

If you just follow those three simple steps, I guarantee you will start to look and feel better. I used to be in a similar situation as you. You're actually somewhat attractive and can maybe go for a Seth Rogan kind of look. You just have to do it. The only roadblock is you.

I'm going to agree with everyone else here. Really the only two problems are your weight and grooming. Losing weight is hard but it's not rocket science. Eat less and work out. By losing weight you WILL become more attractive. When you've tackled that problem you can work on your grooming.

I think you need to lose weight as has been echo'd here. There are many ways to go about this. If you don't have time for exercise then watch your diet. Exercise lets you eat at a certain level so if you're being sedentary then you need to be more aware of what you eat.
