First, sip water and wait 20 minutes to make sure your enamel is not softened by acid (from dry mouth, or eating carbs recently).
Gently wipe your teeth with a paper towel to remove 90% of the plaque. Brush your gumline area gently (just barely enough to turn gums white) and floss to remove the rest of the plaque. If you brush too hard, gums will recede.
Optional: massage high on your gums to get bloodflow going.
MOST IMPORTANT: Eat enough calcium and get vitamin D so you don't get cavities, people who drink milk as kids are literally taller and have no cavities. And if you have kids, teach them to keep their tongue on the palate and "proper swallow" so their face bones grow nicely.

How do you swallow food properly?
How important is proper swallowing?
Also is placing the tongue on the roof of the palate advisable? Im hearing its proper posture for tongue and jaw.
