I really need some general advice, I'll try to be brief:
>be me
>20M, Polish
>mildly interested in anything
>literally no hobbies or stuff like that
>try to learn to draw
>never gonna be good enough, too late
>try to learn creative writing
>stuck at thinking up a story
>decide to quit 4chan and the entire internet and just work hard, no matter what
>last one day, feels bad working like that
>drawing feels pointless, story moves forward barely an inch
>give up and shitpost on /b/
How do I find an actual fucking passion and a motivation to stick with it? I feel like I'm starting too late and I'll never be good at or like anything anymore.
Is there any sort of hope for me?

Where do hyou think "passion" comes from? I'll give you a hint:
People reading or checking out your stuff and having a conversation that sparks an idea are two of the most common ones.
No one lives in isolation, specially people that want to create art. Art is meaningless with no eyes on it.
