I need some advice. I don't know why I come back here.. I don't really relate to anything on this site anymore but it is a place I have come to since I was in my teens. Now I'm 23 going on 24 in a few months and I need some serious advice.
I am down to $3300 in savings. I am semi-homeless ( stay with friends, stay in motels) I live in Southern California and have no idea what to do. I need to stay here since this is where everyone I love/know lives, I don't think leaving the area would change anything - i'd just be super lonely and want to come back. So I am trying to figure out what to do in my current situation. I have a GF who I have been with for well over 5 years, I moved here for her 4 years ago but have always had issues with motivation, and always fall back into being jobless/homeless. I'm not a horrible person deep down, I know I can do what I need to do. I have been working out and eating healthier.. now I need to find a job and a place to rent. I just need some advice on my situation I have no idea what I'm looking for, I guess i might just be looking to vent since I have no one to talk to about this.

download airbnb on your phone or visit their website instead of staying at motels. might be cheaper in your area. in orlando I can stay at someones room for $20-40 per night whereas the cheapest motel is $70/night

There are jobs out there that dont require an education that you can sustain yourself with. I would look around for warehouse jobs, stockroom jobs, etc. Maybe landscaping. These kinds of jobs pay more than working and McDonalds but they are tiring and not long term. But they are a start.
