There is this one fucking guy at my work keeps harassing me im 19y and he is 22, he started harassing me cause i believed in science rather than in Allah. He says that im scum and wants to spit on me everytime he passes. We work at the same workplace and i dont want to be a snitch bitch and tell the work leaders at the work. So i need a tips on how i can make him stop. He said today that if i pass him he will spit on me and i said bitch sit on my lap. He said are you afriad? i said no im not i dont want your fucking spit on me.
He kept harassing for 5 days straight and im mad af. I wrote here yesterday and didnt get much tips. He is a bit shorter than me im 183 cm he is around 178 little skinnier than me, his legs are skinnier than mine. I never been to fight in almost 14 years of my life.
How can i obtain the exprience in short time cause i wanna beat him so he wont talk shit anymore.

Seriously though try to keep telling him he won't. Then do it but make sure there are witnesses. It's very simple anon, let a shift go by that he is harassing you and then once your both off the clock follow him to a place that is not hid home or company property, wait until he isn't paying attention and then jump him. Beat the hell out of him ANY WAY you can, remember there is no such thing as a fair street fight. I'm willing to bet after a thorough ass kicking he will either leave you alone or possibly try to get revenge, but my guess will be the afore of those IF you hurt him bad enough. As for quick experience, join a local martial arts gym or scroll online for nearby self defense classes that are a few days long, a week at the most.
