How do I stop getting caught in the conceptualisation of my life and actually start doing it? I don't know if it's a form of OCD or severe procrastination or what, but I'm always thinking about the before and after and not living in the present. I always think of myself as a character in a story and view my life as some sort of unfolding narrative, but I think this way of viewing the world has been counterproductive in me actually doing things instead of thinking about them.
