He claims he's going to get a restraining order for harassment. He's a 6 year convicted sex offender he even went so far as to change houses without registering his address so I don't even know where he is.

He tricked the girl into thinking it was his even though I knew she was pregnant before she ever started dating him. He threatened me with a restraining order to keep me from being able to be there at birth so he could sign the affidavit of paternity and birth certificate. That's how he has legal rights.
