Anyone able to give advice on this?

One of my wisdom teeth feels like it has a large number of holes in it. I tried to take a picture but it is really difficult. It looks like there is some brownish surface on the tooth (and around the gum area on the other tooth that is in-front of it). I'm somewhat poverty stricken so hopefully the resolution to this problem is easy to find.

Thats a real problem there, you will have to get to dentist for analysis. Then decide with him what to do, dont feel forced to do anything about it, but i will say
sooner you treat it , less painfull and costly it will be.
