so i managed to build up courage to go out alone...
then after getting there i dragged my ass straight to the bar and i just stood there watching everyone like a creep
i want to talk to girls but i just can't .. it is like i have no strength or will or something even though i do

There is an online course by a guy called RSD max. It answers the exact question you are asking here and much more. But ill give you the point: the "fun guy" vibe you are talking about, you get it by talking to people, compliment people randomly on things, like: "hey man, nice shoes", or "i love your scarf, matches your shirt". Greet the bouncer/ security guard at the entrance, smile (even forcefully, eventually it will affect you and the smile will be real.) im actually in that course right now, and ive met a friend that does it aswell and we meet and go out together.
