My coworker is driving me fucking nuts
Playing tricks and pranks on me all the time and doing things he knows especially pisses me off or crosses the line and generally wont get off my case
I've told him to fuck off, no one is stopping him, all I wanna do is my job but he won't let me
How do I go about this?

I've been in similar situations and shrugging off shit sometimes curbs these kind of assholes since they're not getting a reaction. Sometimes they'll double down on their behavior so that's a gamble.
I'd just try to do your job and ignore him. Maybe schmooze with coworkers and eventually joke about his behavior so its seen as juvenile.
