Find an actor with diction you like, watch media with them in it. You'll only get better with verbal repetition.
The people you currently spend time with are likely affecting your accent, so you'll have to identify who they are. Can't offer tips there because I don't know anything about your situation.

Stop using slang, cussing and "fill in" terms. Particularly the term (if you are from the US) "like".

Then try to listen to the news. BBC and Sky News have excellent diction in all their presenters and far more neutral than most other English speaking news channels. From there, listen and perhaps repeat what they say attempting to emulate them.
