Hey guys hypochondriac here. Should I be worried about this mole on my inner thigh? I saw the doctor about it about 6 months ago he just told me to keep an eye on it!..Is it cancerous now or just dysplastic nevus?

It's normal. If it starts growing and/or changing color, go to doctor.

Things to watch out for with moles
A - ASYMMETRY. The mole is asymmetrical or suddenly becomes so.
B - BORDER. The border is jagged, feathery, or otherwise not "clean" looking.
C - COLOR. The color changes or is inconsistent within the mole (one side light or one side dark)
D - DIAMETER. The mole is large, approaching 1cm or half an inch
E - EVOLUTION. The mole changes at any point, especially suddenly and quickly.
This ABCDE is an effective checklist. Look over your moles every so often and check for these things. Also if your mole starts to suddenly bleed or leak fluid, then you should see a doctor.
