I am trying to find a good way to use my data / organize my data for interactive graphs and whatnot.

I have:
tire degradation rates/per lap/per tire compound
Fuel burn rates/per lap/per engine mode
Laptimes per tire/per engine mode

So I guess my questions are these.
What is a good way to layout this data to be visually useful?
Is excel the best option for inputting this data to make something useful?
Am I missing anything super obvious?
