So I'm doing a web dev. degree, I'm mostly using adobe products and I code alot. I plan on doing a software engineering degree after this. I've been using a PC my whole life and I've recently started using linux. But I want to switch to Mac OS and dual boot Archlinux/Ubuntu/ElementaryOS, what should I do? Should I just stick to a PC?

As a Linux user I'd advise you against using elementaryOS. Pantheon DE is unstable and the whole OS is shit. Just use MacOS or something with GNOME if you're into that UI.
Arch is for hobbyists and powerusers, don't use it either. Manjaro would be your best bet for an Arch-base distro.
Ubuntu GNOME, Kubuntu, Xubuntu or Mint Cinnamon are the least painful systems to use. OpenSUSE, Gecko and Fedora are nice too.
And yes, MacOS+Linux is a good combination.
>using PC to describe a windows PC
PC = personal computer. It's a device independent of your OS. As in, anything running a desktop oriented Windows/Mac/GNU is a PC.
