Holdover waiting on projections

Here's the situation, significant other is in the Army, already finished AIT as was supposed to be a 2-week hold over for dental. As soon as they were cleared and they got the RFO turned in, the projections disappeared. Now, over a month later, still waiting on new projections and we have no reason as to why.

I would write my congresswoman but they are a very liberal anti-military type. So I'm asking if anyone knows of any ways to help speed up the process, who to contact.
