I've tried so many things but nothing seems to come naturally to me. I only get good something through repetition and learning from my mistakes. Are some people just useless and not good anything?
I thought that about me as well several years ago. Then I noticed that I was good at learning to learn and everything changed. It's all in developing a flexible, analytical and at the same time fast processing brain. These things reduce dramatically the learning time for everything. The thing is that most people learn just by instinct and forget about using time effectively. Also, forget being good at something right off the bat, even the geniuses need to practice. That said, do you have any benchmark to prove it? Some people, myself included, tend to underestimate their achievements because of what they know what they should be doing and how, but for some reason still can't (most of the times it's because of lack of practice), and at the same time they forget what they accomplished so far
