The only virtuous way to approach this is to forthrightly address it with your sister and family. You have to actually publicly denounce the relationship and express WHY you denounce it. And stand your ground.

I empathize with how you feel. I also wouldn't want my sister doing that. I'd want to keep my family white and Christian (or at least of the greater Christian-influenced culture)
