If you see one and there's a feeling drawing you to look at their face for no practical reason. If you get butterflies in your stomach when they smile or speak to you directly. If you spend a lot of time thinking about them when they aren't around, again for non-practical reasons or memories that shouldn't be of particular interest, especially if you focus a lot on facial expressions and sound of their voice.

If you are excited or inordinately nervous when they bare a bit of flesh by say, removing their shirt (or merely the idea of it).
Occasionally this can happen (usually in adolescence) to otherwise straight people and it's more of a platonic fixation without desire for anything further. But usually these are feelings they have only toward the opposite sex.

Your "orientation" does not matter as an abstract concept. Your relationships matter. If you are single and celibate, it does not matter if you are "gay" or "straight," because it's purely theoretical until you're actually having sex with someone.

If you meet a guy you want to be in a relationship with, or if you start having sex with men, it'd be safe to say that you're gay. Basically, don't worry about it until it's real.

Not true at all. When I was in high school and people would call me gay (as a joke) I would start doubting myself, even though I have never been attracted to a dude. If everyone in the world is calling you ugly even though you share the exact same body and face as Brad Pitt in fight club you will eventually start doubting the fact that you're attractive.
