I'm currently in a field that doesn't have a lot of math, so that's a relief for me, because I'm not really good at it. I'm 21 but ever since I left High School, I just feel just dumb.
I feel like I need to know about algebra and stuff, not because my career requires that type of knowledge but because I think everyone should and maybe it wouldn't be such a struggle for me.

Which math are you specifically interested in?
Considering everybody has access to calculators via phones, mobile devices, internet, etc. there's not much use in advanced mathematic knowledge unless you're STEM.
Also,
>Khan Academy

You can learn math later in life. 21 is not later - and you're not dumb - its just that your learning muscles have had no exercise.
There are plenty of online courses, some of them both good and free.

Like coursera, khan academy might have something but I don't actually know
Yeah you can learn it. Im 24 and JUST now taking calculus 2. If you are actually interested and committed to studying theres no reason you cant still learn.
