In real life, yes there is some bias against men in this kind of thing (and yes it's unfair and occasionally does actually result in serious sexual assaults getting brushed under the rug), however generally the reason is that men can actually physically defend themselves if necessary whereas an average woman is basically powerless against an average guy. If you're a bigger guy most women aren't even strong enough to push your hand away from their ass.
