Personally i feel it gets unhealthy if you drink it every day or 2 and sometimes more than 1 a day

I drink 1 can of monster energy on average everyday for 3 years or so, and im still alive, so id say its pretty safe

Consuming caffeine daily is bad, but ever week or so would be fine.

Most caffeine I'd ever had in a day was 800mg. It was hell. I felt like I was going to die. Would not recommend.

Nope. Holy nope.

I had a 1-coke-per-day habit for a long fucking time, and I kicked it about 6 months ago. I don't drink coffee at all and probably tea once per week. So I have some level of caffeine tolerance.

Two weeks ago I drank a large energy drink with 160mg of caffeine and an hour later I developed a hand tremor. Can't even imagine 800mg.

Yeah, it's pretty bad. Wasn't completely intentional, I hadn't really realized how much I'd drank until after.

I could feel every single heartbeat kicking me in the chest and stretching my veins over the 4 hours it took to finally come down. It honestly felt like my heart was going to explode. I'd have gotten help, but you move, and your heart beats even faster. Absolutely terrible. I stopped drinking energy drinks for a good few years after that.

Now, I don't really find they do anything for me. They raise my heart rate pretty considerably, but I could still just go have a nap or something afterwards.

But most retards drinks like 3 coffee and 1 of these every day. That is when your brain builds resistance to positive effects of coffeine and addiction.
