I need fucking help.

Recently I've been having some troubling dreams.

One of which, was of me talking to myself. And this other copy of myself was telling me how useless everything is and how it would be better for everyone if I were dead. I've also been having dreams of me killing people or of me getting killed.

Wtf is wrong with me? I don't mean to sound like edgy or anything it's just been really concerning.
