It's a self-generating thing. Because you "know" you're going to blush, you get nervous and blush. Because you sense you're blushing you get even more nervous and blush more.
So let yourself blush. Don't give a damn about it and you'll stop reinforcing the nervousness and you'll stop blushing
I promise you most people aren't paying enough attention to notice someone else blushing. Unless you're super white and go bright read it's not a problem.
