Just stop. There's no trick or magic off switch. Just stop doing shitty things. Take five second before you say or do anything and ask yourself "Would a normal person want to literally choke the life out of me for being an insufferable cunt?" If the answer to that is 'yes', don't do it. If the answer to that is 'no', ask yourself again. If the answer is still 'no', then you're good to go.
