I feel worn out by life as most people do. I get about 6 hours sleep on average, work manual labour and exercise alot. When I'm not doing any of these things my mind is telling me I'm a useless piece of shit. I eat well, take vitamins, placate myself with music and drink slightly too much coffee to cope. Are there any other things I can do to help?

They have vitamin D3, and I use alot of milk so I'm not calcium deficient.
