How do I get into sports? Where do I start? I swim and play tennis now and again but I'm talking about watching basketball, hockey, soccer, or football on TV. It just doesn't seem that interesting to me.

As a working adult, you'll only find combat sports easily accessible.
UNLESS you're mexican in which case you have soccer leagues down south or black in which case you can shoot hoops with your fellow melanin enriched youfs.

oh, well then i suggest get yourself a couple of concussions, that should clear enough space in your brain for watching sports like a good little tool
what's wrong with watching them? since when does that make you a mouth-breathing moron?

It is if you make it, there are entire competitions around lifting, and in any way it's a great way to get a head start in a lot of sports

Just participate into trial sessions.
