You can reduce the appearance but never get rid of. If they are red use a mixture of aloe vera gel, a skin lotion Tanner (not a self Tanner/spray but a lotion that give syou a "natural tan) and cocoa butter stick 3x a day. This definitely made my red ones look clear you can barley tell if they were ever there. If they're white you really can't do much, talk to a dermatologist maybe get some laser stuff if you're that invested.

My bf has stretch marks in the same place, he's super skinny and they are white. I don't know I think it's cute.
Also if most MEN don't care about stretch marks trust me dude most girls don't especially because we have them and hate them on ourselves it's called empathy. No one will notice and the few that do and are botered by skin stretching beyond your control are thots
