I hear stupid amounts of vitamin C can kill them. Diatomaceous earth is probably a more realistic solution, outside of the standard, "Go to a doctor, you idiot." prescription.

the easiest way is to get really severe diarrhea which will dislodge them hopefully , theirs even a greentext about that
