Newfag here unsure how much community's are but I'm trying to get my life together my girlfriend broke up with me over some petty shit and well I want to get some muscles I'm not unfit or anything I just don't work out does anyone know any resources I should look at or anything I'v been thinking of doing sit ups and push ups and doing a few reps of 15 or so of each my diets not unhealthey and if I worked out I think it would be great as long as I stick with it I just don't know where to start and all that so what do /adv/?

I never really paid to much attention in PE all I know is I increase the weights and such gradually
