I wanted to add that I had a recent break up cause I was unhappy with the person I was with. It was because I realized I still loved my friend and I had to come clean to my ex about it.

When you're obsessed with a person, you will always come up with rationalizations about how he/she SURELY likes you. Oh, he tells me all this personal stuff. He's said I'm attractive. He looked at me funny that one time. etc.
Don't fall for your brain's rationalizations. The best way you can handle this is to take a step back, breathe, and look at the reality of the situation. Consider especially that it isn't the end of the world if he doesn't want to be with you. Plenty of fish in the sea and all that.

rings some alarm bells. You want a person who can be straight up and honest with you. You want someone who is comfortable with you and you are comfortable with. That's how good relationships form.
Let's say that you somehow did manage to get with him. How long do you think that relationship would last, honestly? With a person who can't answer a simple yes or no question? Nah, go find someone else.

Thanks anon. I'll take your word. The only reason I had hope was cause he has done a lot for me such as financially and emotionally. Now, I know that's just some something that a friend would do, but he said he did feel the same way at one point but I believe he was just confused.
