I feel like women require men to know so much or be able to do so much. Gotta know how to be a handy man or fix stuff. Have to be in great shape, Have to experienced in relationships and sex. Have to be willing to be a leader.
Its just so much stuff. I don't feel adequate dating any woman because I feel like I am not manly enough. Honestly, I am a quiet dude. I don't draw attention to myself. I have no desire to boss people around either.
What can I or should I do? Do women even want to date someone like me? I just feel like I don't have what they need or want.

Women don't want to date insecure people that need constant validation. That said, they don't expect you to be everything else you mentioned on your post. (of course, extremes exists, there are bitches that settle for nothing and there are women that settle for any patethic ass).
Work on loving yourself a little more before joining the dating game, mate.

They don't. You're purposefully raising the bar in order to justify not being able to reach it i.e., I didn't pass the test because it was too hard not because I didn't study or I got fired from my job because my boss didn't like me not because I was always late and performed poorly.
