I'm trying to quit League of Legends. This game has bought nothing but stress in my life, but outside of it, i have no idea how to spend my days. I can't watch movies, or read without stopping to do something else.How can i quiet League of Legends? Can you post your routines, how you spend time? How do you get your daily social fix(mine is said game)? Thanks in advance.
If your only social interaction is league and you don't know how humans spend their time outside of playing a shit game, you're probably not cut out for social interaction.
Seriously though, hang out with friends, work out, play a better game.

There is nothing wrong with playing league of legends. Do what you want to do. If you are feeling complacent it means something else is occuring in your life that is making you unhappy. Like me i just give advice to random people in my spare time while im having a smoke break. Dont think too much of what other people do to seek happiness. You feel you do. Not monkey see monkey do.

That's the thing. League feels frustrating, way too much. And i can tell it's more of an addiction because i always seem to want to go back for my ''fix'', just to want to quit right after. There are more things to do than it, much better, but i don't know how to spend my hours when i'm not working.

That's how I was with similar games at different points in my life. In my experience, if you simply force yourself away from your game and all other artificial dopamine rushes, (other games, drugs and porn) then youll start to clean your place up and sort things out that youve been avoiding.

I've seen friends almost get divorced over fucking league. It's an addiction and it doesn't better you. It just sucks up your time, and if you died in a week, you'd feel like shit for having wasted your time playing league.
The thing about getting a regular schedule going is to start small. Just start with making your own coffee or tea or whatever every morning. Then start making breakfast, and try to nail the same wake/sleep time every morning/night.

>work out / stretch @home
>go to work
>get home
>relax for a few hours
>go back out to town
>talk to people in a coffee shop or a bar or something.
And then just schedule IRL time with friends.

There's no set routine outside of work. I basically have one or two major priorities, and my goal is to spend as much time as I can working on those priorities, which is usually 1-2 hours on weekdays, 3-4 hours on weekends. However these things happen at almost any timeframe.
Write down your goals OP. Then take the most important ones and make subgoals for each major goal. Don't just do this immediately though on a whim, look online for material and guidance to get started. I'll link you a really good video you can watch to get yourself started. Note that his point about checking your written goal daily is a crazy important one.

>Go to bed and waste 2 hours trying to sleep while thinking why i should even bother getting up next day.
I play League but i've never been adicted to it, i play with friends just for the lulz, i'm pretty much indifferent to everything right now.
It's not the game it's you. You'll just replace the game with something else unless you fit whatever the root of your issues is.
