What do you want advice on? All of your cameras are going to suck and make shitty videos. Just set the gopro up in a stationary spot to record the whole scene and use a cell phone for the close-up shots. Figure out how to use blender and try to tastefully edit the footage together.

i've played with blender a little but found its NVE confusing due to it being a modeling rendering etc. program. do you have any good tutorials on using it as a video editor?

This guy has a pretty good tutorial series for using blender as a video editor. I went from having never used the program to doing simple video editing after watching the first handful of videos in that playlist.

I'd assume the S7 is going to have the best video quality. Do any of them have optical image stabilization when taking videos?
