I'll be 27 in a month, but my career as a graphic designer has taken me absolutely nowhere. All places keep asking for 35 years or older and only pay around $250/month with freelance job being contractually forbidden.
Having freelance experience under my belt, I've gone for job interviews and the like, but they're always really far away and the salary isn't even enough to pay all bills.
I've been considering going back to school, there are no such thing as Student Loans in my country, and even then I'd be going to my state university since it's cheaper. I think I should become an attorney.
Would you reccomend it, /adv/, or suck it up and continue this aimless direction? Hell, yesterday I went print a few things on big size high quality and the lady there and I talked about this and told me how he's been telling highschoolers to NOT take out path and keep design as a hobby instead instead of career.
TL;DR: Almost 27, jobless, aimless. Am I too old to become a lawyer?
