It's really a personal decision. The "best" program might be awful for you, if you pick a path where you have no talent for it, you're setting yourself up for failure even if it's been good for others. Anonymous strangers on 4chan can't make this decision for you
If you have no idea what you wanna do in college, DON'T GO TO COLLEGE YET. Don't get suckered into believing you HAVE to go right as soon as you finish high school, that's basically a massive scam. It's a hugely profitable industry.
Get a job, spend a few years in the workforce, and go to college when you're ready for it. When you actually have a clear goal that requires higher education/degrees to pursue it. Don't go just because you think you're supposed to, that'd be a massive waste of time and money.

I got a degree bachelors in electric engineering from my local community college luckily they had that option I make Semi shitty money since I only got on with the company 3 months ago but it's still better than 9/5
