Is my hygiene care good enough?

yeah, that's good.
too often is usually every day or more. but that depends on the shampoo you use and your scalp/hair. you could do it and be fine and others can only wash every couple of days without getting an itchy scalp.

my bf showers daily and also washes his hair every time. i shower daily and wash my hair every 3 days. i have very long hair, so it takes a lot of time to brush it, wash it, condition it, detangle it, dry it. the longer the hair, the more careful you have to be with it so the ends don't get dry and damaged. as a guy with shirt hair, you'll be fine even if you wash daily. provided you use good shampoo.

I use a shampoo called Afrodita, I think it's Slovenian.

My hair never gets itchy after washing it so I guess I'm doing ok.

No, you don't need to shower everyday unless you're sweating in a helmet or something (motorcycle or playing gridiron). Or if you think your hair might smell bad.

Daily washing is okay for hair with the right shampoos but its not like you can't leave it as is for weeks. Not a terribly big health risk or anything.
