Too vague, depends on what he actually wants to hack. If it's your computer then your IP is enough in most cases. Info about your system is needed as well in this regard. I'm not a hacker but I have some basic knowledge and if you're worried about someboy hacking you then don't be, it's not that simple.

Unless he has unpatched security holes open, you can't hack him for shit with an IP address alone. The most common source of hacking comes from social engineering, fooling someone into running something they shouldn't.
