sounds like "yeah, i do that", but think about it long and hard. this isn't just about the responsibility to take out the trash and pay your bills, go to work on time and do yearly dental check up's.
it's about taking responsibility for who you are. stop blaming others for your emotions and your issues. they might have cause them, but how you deal with them and how long you feed them is entirely your responsibility.

Well, "mature" about what exactly? Some people will tell you playing video games is not mature. Some don't mind. "Mature" is the same as "adult". There's no metric.

Unless he has some specific issue he wants to solve. We can work on that.

I think most people view adulthood and maturity as competence. So, I guess, become competent at the basic life skills, a hobby, and your profession. Once you achieve those things, most people will view you as adult?
