3rd person I've talked to this week that complained about feeling like shit after eating SHIT LOADS of sugar. Sugar makes you feel awful, it makes you look awful and it does awful things to you.

Unnatural sources of sugar are fucking poison. It would take vomit inducing amounts of almost ANY fruit to match even half of the sugar intake that you just subjected yourself to.
