21 year old dude here and wondering what I should do. I have had unprotected sex for about 3 years now with multiple partners and recently I've started getting night sweats and a very irritating rash on my back and hips. What should I do? I'm not the type to go and see a doctor or haven't really got any people to talk with except some former hook ups.

You don't have to be any "type" to see a doctor.
And apart from the health risk and discomfort to yourself (you know, some of these don't go away without therapy or only an order of magnitude slower), spreading contagious illnesses is often an actual crime or at least a legal liability, so if you want to keep fucking people you better get that checked out.
