When I breathe in deeply I cough and feel a moderate urge to vomit. I guess if I kept doing it I would actually vomit. If I do any type of endurance exercise where I get out of breath I rapidly start to feel like vomiting and have to take a break every few minutes. I notice it most in the hour or two after eating, but even first thing in the morning I can still definitely feel it. The muscles in my abs are constantly trying to tense up to pull me into a hunched position and when it gets bad I can even feel the tension in my shoulders, neck, and legs. It really sucks. I've had this for years but it used to be very mild most of the time, now it seems to be getting stronger.
I went to a doctor, he said I had gastritis and gave me ranitidine, didn't help. I don't smoke, drink, or take any drugs. I do a lot of exercise (at least as much as I can with this shitty feeling of sickness) and my diet is quite good: a lot of meat, fish, fruit and vegetables. I did some blood tests and I'm waiting for the results (but I've had a couple of others in the last few years and they never showed anything up). In the mean time, any ideas?
